JarvIR 이용 시 아래 행위가 금지됩니다. 위반 시 회사는 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한·중단할 수 있습니다.

금지 행위

• 불법 콘텐츠의 생성·저장·배포, 타인의 권리(지식재산권·프라이버시) 침해
• 악성코드 배포, 무단 접근·해킹, 서비스 인프라에 대한 공격·과부하 유발
• 스팸·피싱·사기, 허위·기만적 정보 유포
• 리버스 엔지니어링, 크롤링·자동화로 서비스/AI를 남용하거나 사용량 제한을 우회
• 관련 법령 또는 본 약관·정책을 위반하는 일체의 행위

AI 사용

AI 기능을 이용해 불법·유해·기만적 콘텐츠를 생성하거나, 모델·사용량 제한을 우회하려는 시도는 금지됩니다.

The following are prohibited when using JarvIR. Violations may result in restriction or suspension without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating, storing, or distributing unlawful content; infringing others' rights (IP, privacy)
• Distributing malware, unauthorized access/hacking, attacking or overloading our infrastructure
• Spam, phishing, fraud, or spreading false or deceptive information
• Reverse engineering, scraping/automation to abuse the Service or AI, or circumventing usage limits
• Any activity that violates applicable law or our Terms and policies

AI Use

Using AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or attempting to bypass model or usage limits, is prohibited.
