구독 약관Subscription Terms

1. 구독 플랜

JarvIR는 무료 플랜(Free)과 월간 구독 유료 플랜(Solo·Starter·Growth·Scale), 맞춤 계약(Enterprise)을 제공합니다. 각 플랜의 가격·포함 크레딧·시트·기능은 요금제 페이지와 동일하게 적용됩니다. AI 작업은 플랜에 포함된 크레딧으로 차감되며, 소진 후에는 종량제(초과분)로 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

1-1. 추가 시트(애드온)

유료 플랜은 플랜에 포함된 시트 수를 넘겨 시트를 추가할 수 있으며, 추가 시트는 구독료와 별도로 개당 월 정액이 청구됩니다. 단가는 요금제 페이지에 표시됩니다. 시트를 추가하거나 해제하면 잔여 기간에 대해 비례(일할) 정산되며, 다음 결제 주기부터는 변경된 시트 수를 기준으로 청구됩니다.

2. 자동 갱신

유료 구독은 해지하기 전까지 동일한 기간 단위(월)로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 시점의 요금이 등록된 결제수단으로 청구됩니다. 결제가 실패하면 일정 기간 재시도되며, 그동안 유료 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 해지

구독은 언제든지 서비스 내 [요금제 & 사용량] 화면 또는 Paddle 결제 포털에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 후에도 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 결제 주기부터는 추가 청구되지 않습니다.

4. 플랜 변경(업그레이드·다운그레이드)

상위 플랜으로 업그레이드하면 변경 즉시 적용되며, 결제대행사 Paddle의 정책에 따라 잔여 기간에 대한 비례(일할) 정산이 이루어질 수 있습니다. 다운그레이드는 일반적으로 다음 결제 주기부터 반영됩니다.

5. 무료 체험

무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 전에 해지하지 않으면 등록된 결제수단으로 유료 구독이 시작될 수 있습니다. 체험 종료일과 과금 시작 조건은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.

6. 가격 변경

회사는 향후 가격을 변경할 수 있으며, 기존 구독자에게는 다음 갱신 전에 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 고지합니다. 고지 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 가격에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

7. 세금

판매대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com Market Ltd가 결제 시점에 거주 지역에 따른 부가가치세(VAT)·판매세(GST/Sales Tax) 등을 계산·징수할 수 있습니다. 표시 가격에 대한 세금 포함 여부는 결제 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

8. 환불

환불 조건은 별도의 환불 및 해지 정책을 따릅니다. 관련 소비자보호 법령상 강행되는 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

1. Subscription Plans

JarvIR offers a free plan (Free), monthly paid plans (Solo, Starter, Growth, Scale), and custom contracts (Enterprise). Each plan's price, included credits, seats, and features match those on our Pricing page. AI actions consume plan credits; after they are used, you may continue on a pay-as-you-go (overage) basis.

1-1. Extra Seats (Add-on)

Paid plans may add seats beyond those included in the plan. Extra seats are billed monthly per seat in addition to the subscription fee, at the rate shown on our Pricing page. Adding or removing seats is pro-rated for the remaining period, and the next billing cycle is charged at the updated seat count.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly) until cancelled, and are charged to your saved payment method at the then-current price. If a payment fails, it may be retried for a period during which access to paid features may be limited.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the in-app “Billing & Usage” screen or the Paddle billing portal. After cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

4. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)

Upgrades take effect immediately and may be pro-rated for the remaining period under Paddle's policies. Downgrades generally take effect from your next billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, your paid subscription may begin on your saved payment method unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial end date and billing start conditions are shown at checkout.

6. Price Changes

We may change prices in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified in-app or by email before the next renewal. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Taxes

Our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, may calculate and collect VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location at checkout. Whether tax is included in the displayed price is shown at checkout.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited.
