환불 및 해지 정책Refund & Cancellation Policy

웹에서 구매한 JarvIR 유료 플랜은 판매대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com을 통해 결제됩니다.

환불 요청은 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 contact@021flow.com 또는 Paddle Buyer Support 를 통해 제출할 수 있습니다. 단, 부정 사용, 환불 남용, 약관 위반, 과도한 사용량 소진, 이미 제공이 완료된 맞춤형/일회성 디지털 산출물의 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

구독은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에는 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 다음 결제 주기부터는 추가 청구되지 않습니다.

EU 소비자는 원칙적으로 온라인 서비스 계약 체결 후 14일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.

대한민국 소비자는 원칙적으로 계약내용 서면을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있으며, 공급이 늦으면 공급 개시일이 기준이 됩니다.

디지털콘텐츠·서비스에는 법정 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다. 즉시 제공 동의만으로 모든 철회권이 자동 소멸하지 않으며, 법정 권리와 회사의 14일 환불 요청 정책은 별도로 적용됩니다.

현지 소비자보호법상 강행되는 환불·철회권이 있는 경우 해당 법령이 우선 적용됩니다.

• 환불 처리 주체: 판매대행사 Paddle.com Market Ltd(Paddle)가 원 결제수단으로 환불을 처리합니다.
• 환불 처리 기간: 승인 후 카드사·결제수단에 따라 영업일 기준 5~10일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
• 부분 환불: 사용 정도와 잔여 기간을 고려해 부분 환불이 적용될 수 있습니다.
• 연간 결제: 연간 결제도 위 환불 요청 기간 내에는 환불 요청이 가능하며, 기간 경과 후에는 잔여 기간·사용량을 고려해 개별 검토됩니다.
• 무료 체험: 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 전에 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환되어 과금될 수 있습니다.
• 프로모션·쿠폰: 할인·프로모션·쿠폰으로 결제한 경우 실제 결제 금액을 기준으로 환불됩니다.
• 크레딧·사용량 상품: 이미 사용한 크레딧과 별도 구매한 종량(초과) 크레딧 팩은 환불 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
• 약관 위반·계정 정지: 이용제한정책 위반으로 계정이 정지된 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 구독 해지 방법: 서비스 내 [요금제 & 사용량] 화면 또는 Paddle 결제 포털에서 직접 해지할 수 있습니다.
• Free 플랜: 무료 플랜은 결제가 없으므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

Paid web plans for JarvIR are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@021flow.com or Paddle Buyer Support. Refunds may be limited or denied in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of our Terms, excessive usage, or fully delivered custom/one-time digital deliverables.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of an online service contract.

Korean consumers generally have a 7-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the written contract information, or from the start of supply if supply occurs later.

Statutory exceptions may apply to digital content and services. Consent to immediate delivery does not automatically extinguish every withdrawal right. Statutory rights apply separately from our 14-day refund request policy.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.

• Who processes refunds: our Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) refunds to your original payment method.
• Processing time: once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Partial refunds: a partial refund may apply based on usage and the remaining period.
• Annual billing: annual plans are refundable within the request window above; after it, refunds are reviewed individually based on remaining term and usage.
• Free trials: where a free trial is offered, failing to cancel before it ends may convert it to a paid, charged subscription.
• Promotions & coupons: discounted purchases are refunded based on the amount actually paid.
• Credits & usage-based items: credits already consumed and separately purchased pay-as-you-go (overage) packs may be non-refundable.
• Violations & suspension: refunds may be limited where an account is suspended for Acceptable Use violations.
• How to cancel: cancel directly from the in-app “Billing & Usage” screen or the Paddle billing portal.
• Free plan: the Free plan involves no payment and is not subject to refunds.
