계정 삭제 안내Account Deletion

JarvIR 계정은 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 웹과 모바일 앱 모두 같은 화면을 사용합니다.

삭제 방법

1. JarvIR 에 로그인합니다(웹 또는 모바일 앱).
2. [설정] 화면을 엽니다.
3. [계정 삭제] 카드에서 [계정 삭제 진행] 을 누릅니다.
4. 삭제·보관되는 항목을 확인하고, 가입 이메일을 그대로 입력합니다.
5. [영구 삭제] 를 누르면 즉시 삭제되고 로그아웃됩니다.

삭제는 즉시 적용되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 유료 구독이 있는 경우, 삭제 전에 구독을 해지해 주세요 — 계정 삭제만으로는 해지되지 않습니다. 웹 결제는 판매대행사(Paddle)가 처리하고, 앱에서 가입한 구독은 App Store·Google Play 계정의 구독 관리에서 해지해야 합니다. 삭제 후에는 로그인할 수 없어 해지 화면에 닿을 수 없습니다.

삭제되는 항목

• 계정과 프로필(이름·이메일·프로필 사진·소셜 로그인 식별자)
• 회사·프로젝트 구성원 자격
• AI 에이전트 대화 내역
• 검색 기록
• 알림
• 개인 슬라이드 정렬 등 개인 설정

법령·계약상 보관되는 항목

아래 조직 기록은 자동 삭제 대상이 아닙니다. 작성자 식별자나 기록에 포함된 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 추가 삭제 요청과 보관 근거·기간은 개인정보 담당자에게 문의해 주세요.

• 활동 감사 기록 — 해시 체인으로 연결돼 있어 중간을 지우면 전체 검증이 깨집니다.
• AI 실행 감사 기록 — 같은 이유입니다.
• 사용량·과금 근거 — 소속 회사의 청구 이력이 맞지 않게 됩니다.
• 조직 진단 집계 — 한 명을 빼면 지난 회차의 집계 숫자가 소급해 바뀝니다.
• 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 거래·세금 기록 — 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다.

백업 사본의 보관 기간과 추가 삭제 요청은 개인정보 담당자에게 문의해 주세요.

삭제가 막히는 경우

회사의 유일한 관리자인 계정은 삭제할 수 없습니다. 그 계정이 사라지면 남은 구성원이 회사의 IR·재무·데이터룸에 접근할 수 없게 되기 때문입니다. 다른 구성원을 관리자로 지정한 뒤 삭제해 주세요. 운영자(superadmin) 계정도 셀프 삭제 대상이 아닙니다 — contact@021flow.com 로 문의해 주세요.

직접 삭제할 수 없는 경우

로그인할 수 없는 등 화면에서 삭제하기 어려운 경우 contact@021flow.com 로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내 에 처리합니다.

You can delete your JarvIR account yourself. The web app and the mobile app use the same screen.

How to delete

1. Sign in to JarvIR (web or mobile app).
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Delete account card, tap Delete account.
4. Review what is erased and what is retained, then type your sign-in email.
5. Tap Delete permanently. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before deleting — deleting the account alone does not cancel it. Web payments are handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle); subscriptions bought in the app must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account. After deletion you can no longer sign in, so you cannot reach the cancellation screen.

What is deleted

• Account and profile (name, email, profile image, social sign-in identifier)
• Company and project memberships
• AI agent conversation history
• Search history
• Notifications
• Personal preferences such as slide ordering

What is retained

The organizational records below are not automatically deleted. They may still contain author identifiers or information in the record. Contact our privacy team about additional erasure requests and applicable retention grounds and periods.

• Activity audit log — entries are hash-chained, so removing one breaks verification of the whole chain.
• AI execution audit log — same reason.
• Usage and billing records — your company's invoicing history would no longer reconcile.
• Organizational pulse aggregates — removing one participant retroactively changes past rounds.
• Transaction and tax records we are legally required to keep, for the statutory period.

When deletion is blocked

An account that is the sole administrator of a company cannot be deleted, because the remaining members would lose access to that company's IR, financial, and data-room content. Promote another member to administrator first. Operator (superadmin) accounts are also not self-deletable — please contact contact@021flow.com.

If you cannot delete it yourself

If you cannot sign in or otherwise cannot use the screen, email contact@021flow.com. We will verify your identity and process the request within 1–3 business days.
