개인정보처리방침Privacy Policy

개인사업자 제로투원플로우 (021flow)(대표 류성태, 이하 "회사") JarvIR 서비스 제공을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령(해당 시 GDPR 포함)을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일, 소셜 로그인·SSO 식별자, 프로필 사진, 소속 회사·역할
  • 워크스페이스 계정은 비밀번호 없이 Google·Apple 또는 회사 IdP(SSO)로 인증합니다.
  • 투자자 포털 계정은 별도의 비밀번호를 설정하며, 서버는 원문 대신 bcrypt 해시만 저장합니다.
  • 고객 데이터: 이용자가 업로드·생성한 기업정보·IR·재무·문서 등
  • 이용 기록: 접속 로그, 기능 사용량, AI 사용량(미터링), 기기·브라우저 정보
  • 결제 정보: 구독·결제 상태와 영수증. 웹 결제는 Paddle, 모바일 인앱 결제는 Apple·Google이 처리하며 회사는 카드 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 문의 정보: 문의 폼으로 보내신 이름, 이메일, 문의 내용. 담당자 메일로 접수되며 별도 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

서비스 제공·운영, 인증·보안, 결제·정산, 고객지원, 사용량 측정·과금, 서비스 개선, 법적 의무 준수.

3. 처리위탁 및 제3자 제공

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 수탁사에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 각 수탁사는 자체 보안·개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — 결제·인보이스·세금(판매대행/MoR)
  • Anthropic, OpenAI — AI 기능 처리(입력 내용의 일부가 모델 처리를 위해 전송됨)
  • 데이터베이스·세션 — 회사가 직접 운영하는 MongoDB와 Redis에 계정·기업 자료·인증 및 협업 상태를 저장합니다. MongoDB Atlas를 현재 운영 DB로 사용하지 않습니다.
  • Google LLC, Apple Inc. — 소셜 로그인 인증 및 모바일 인앱 결제 영수증 검증
  • Google LLC — 선택적 분석 — 웹 GA4는 명시적 동의 후 비로그인 공개 안내 페이지에서만 사용합니다. 모바일 Firebase Analytics는 별도 동의 후 고정된 앱 화면 이름을 전송합니다.
  • 파일·백업 — 회사 운영 NAS의 S3 호환 스토리지에 업로드 파일과 복구 백업을 보관합니다. AWS S3 호스팅이나 독립된 국외 복제본으로 간주하지 않습니다.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES) — 인증·초대·문의 이메일의 주소와 내용을 전달합니다. 현재 발송 설정은 서울 리전(ap-northeast-2, 대한민국)이며, 수신 메일함과 추가 처리 위치는 별도 확인 대상입니다.
  • 호스팅·인프라 — 회사 운영 호스트·NAS 및 Cloudflare, Inc. (트래픽 중계·콘텐츠 전송·보안)

HawkEyeOps와 GTM의 전역 태그는 현재 앱 코드에서 제거했습니다. 과거 수집분의 보유·삭제 상태는 별도 확인 대상입니다.

법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 위 목적 외로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

3-1. AI 입력 데이터의 모델 학습 미사용

회사는 고객 데이터를 자체 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. AI 기능에는 입력 일부가 상용 API로 전송됩니다. 공급자별 학습 제외 조건·남용 모니터링·보존 기간은 계약과 설정 확인이 필요하며 일률적인 무보관을 약속하지 않습니다.

4. 국외 이전

국외 AI·인증·결제·분석 제공자와 Cloudflare의 글로벌 네트워크를 통해 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. SES 서울 리전 외의 정확한 처리 국가, 직접 운영 장비·NAS의 소재지, 이전 근거·방법·보호조치는 확인 중입니다. 확인되지 않은 DPA나 이전 적법성을 확보했다고 표시하지 않습니다.

5. 보유 및 파기

계정 삭제 시 계정·프로필과 개인 대화·검색·알림을 삭제합니다. 회사의 감사·과금·조직 진단 기록은 자동 삭제 대상이 아니며 작성자 식별자나 기록에 포함된 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 거래 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 백업과 선택적 분석 데이터의 보관 기간 및 추가 삭제 요청은 개인정보 담당자에게 문의해 주세요.

메일함, 제공자 로그, GA4·Firebase 분석, NAS 백업의 정확한 보관 기간과 삭제 반영 시점은 운영자·계약 확인 대상입니다. 확인 전에는 특정 기간 내 완전 삭제를 약속하지 않습니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이전을 요청할 수 있습니다.

계정과 개인 데이터는 서비스 내 [설정] 화면의 [계정 삭제]에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다(모바일 앱 포함). 삭제 절차와 삭제·보관 항목은 계정 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수합니다.

7. 쿠키

인증·환경설정(테마)·세션 유지를 위해 쿠키 및 브라우저 저장소를 사용합니다. 자세한 내용은 쿠키 정책을 참고하세요.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

전송구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근통제, 최소권한 원칙 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.

9. 아동 개인정보

본 서비스는 기업·전문 사용자(B2B)를 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 수집된 사실이 확인되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 고지합니다. 시행일은 본 페이지 상단에 표시됩니다.

Zero to One Flow (021flow), a sole proprietorship represented by Sungtae Ryu (the "Company"), processes personal data to provide the JarvIR service, in compliance with Korea's PIPA and applicable laws (including the GDPR where relevant).

1. Data We Collect

  • Account: name, email, social/SSO identifier, profile image, company & role
  • Workspace accounts use passwordless authentication through Google, Apple, or a company IdP (SSO). Investor portal accounts have a separate password; the server stores only its bcrypt hash, not the original password.
  • Customer Data: company info, IR, financial, and documents you upload or generate
  • Usage: access logs, feature usage, AI usage (metering), device/browser info
  • Billing: subscription/payment status and receipts. Web payments are processed by Paddle and mobile in-app payments by Apple/Google; we do not store card details.
  • Inquiries: the name, email, and message you send through the contact form. These are delivered to our inbox and not stored in a separate database.

2. Purposes

Providing and operating the Service, authentication and security, billing and reconciliation, support, usage metering, product improvement, and legal compliance.

3. Processors & Third Parties

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — payments, invoicing, tax (Merchant of Record)
  • Anthropic, OpenAI — AI processing (portions of input are sent for model processing)
  • Database and sessions — Company-operated MongoDB and Redis store accounts, company materials, authentication and collaboration state. MongoDB Atlas is not the current operating database.
  • Google LLC, Apple Inc. — social sign-in and mobile in-app payment receipt verification
  • Google LLC — optional web Google Analytics 4 (GA4) runs after explicit consent only on signed-out public information pages. Native Firebase Analytics sends fixed app screen names after a separate opt-in.
  • Files and backups — S3-compatible storage on the Company-operated NAS holds uploads and recovery backups. This does not establish AWS S3 hosting or an independent overseas replica.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivers addresses and message contents for authentication, invitations and inquiries. Current sending configuration uses Seoul (ap-northeast-2, Republic of Korea); recipient mailbox locations and additional processing locations require separate confirmation.
  • Hosting/infrastructure — Company-operated hosts/NAS and Cloudflare, Inc. (traffic delivery, content delivery and security)

Global HawkEyeOps and GTM tags have been removed from the current app code. Retention and deletion of previously collected data require separate confirmation.

We do not share personal data with third parties beyond these purposes except as required by law.

3-1. No AI Model Training on Your Data

We do not use Customer Data to train our own AI models. AI features send portions of input to commercial APIs. Provider-specific training exclusions, abuse monitoring and retention require confirmation of contracts and settings; we do not promise uniform zero retention.

4. International Transfers

Overseas AI, authentication, payment and analytics providers and Cloudflare’s global network may process personal data internationally. Apart from the configured SES Seoul region, exact processing countries, locations of Company-operated hosts and NAS, transfer grounds, methods and safeguards are pending confirmation. We do not represent unverified DPAs or transfer arrangements as established.

5. Retention

Account deletion removes the account, profile, private conversations, searches and notifications. Organizational audit, billing and pulse records are not automatically deleted and may retain author identifiers or information in the record. Transaction records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable period. Contact our privacy team about backup and optional analytics retention periods and additional erasure requests.

Exact retention periods and deletion propagation for mailboxes, provider logs, GA4/Firebase analytics and NAS backups require operational and contractual confirmation. We do not promise complete deletion within an unverified period.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data.

You can delete your account and personal data yourself from Settings → Delete account in the product (including the mobile app). See Account Deletion for the steps and for what is erased or retained. For other requests, use the contact below.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences (theme), and sessions. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, and least-privilege principles.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business and professional (B2B) users and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and will delete it without undue delay if discovered.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy in response to legal or service changes and will give advance notice of material changes in-app or by email. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
