Why JarvIR

Not a document manager. An AI that does the work for you.

Not a place to pile up documents, but an AI that understands your company context, does the work for you, and carries it through to decisions and external communication.

An AI agent that actually does the work

It does not just answer questions. Ask it to "build an IR deck from this quarter's metrics" or "file these business cards as investors" and it reads your company data and operates the app to actually get it done. Anything hard to undo — saving, deleting — is confirmed with you first.

Outputs that leave exactly as you see them on the web

Build IR decks, investment memos and 1 Pagers fast with 81 IR templates and AI generation, then export to PPTX, PDF, DOCX and XLSX. Slides are pixel-identical to the screen, text stays selectable, searchable and copyable, and hyperlinks remain live.

Keep your numbers and promises from ever drifting apart

Metrics are defined once in the Metric registry, and every deck, update and briefing draws from that value. It automatically cross-checks the numbers in your documents against the registry and flags metrics that quietly vanished from your reporting along with promises you didn't keep. It uses no LLM for these judgments, so the same input always yields the same answer.

Traction verified with payment data

Connect Stripe and RevenueCat and the server determines verification, while a bridge reconciling monthly MRR against settlement records surfaces any unexplained residual. A Public traction page that hides absolute amounts and shows only a growth index lets you show investors and buyers proof, not promises.

A product investors use too

Investors view shared materials, updates and Q&A in one place from a dedicated portal, and ask the AI questions on a shared deck with sourced answers. Firm staff sign up with just work email verification to browse the public IR Gallery and request meetings.

Isolated by company and by project

A multi-tenant architecture fully isolates company data and then subdivides it into projects. Permissions, activity logs and share tracking come standard, and SSO, SCIM and a tamper-detection audit chain let you answer enterprise security review questions.

Operating intelligence

More than a tool for creating materials — it's an operating system that keeps your numbers and pledges in check.

In IR, the most common way to lose trust isn't lying — it's inconsistency and omission. Numbers in last month's email differ from this deck, a worsening metric quietly disappears, and no one remembers the pledges that were made. This layer catches all of that.

Executive briefing

It answers not "what's there" but only "what should you do now." It pulls together what's waiting on your decision, interest coming from outside, and upcoming deadlines into 60 seconds of plain text you paste straight into Slack or email.

Metric registry · Consistency check

A number by the same name is defined in exactly one place. JarvIR automatically checks figures across decks, updates, and announcements against the Metric registry, catching "this differs from last month's email" before the meeting.

Omission watch · Pledge ledger

When a metric you always report quietly disappears, JarvIR flags it. It extracts "we'll do this by next quarter" pledges from documents, logs them in the ledger with deadlines and metrics, and builds a quarterly track record of delivery.

Anticipated questions · Message coach

It finds the questions investors and the board will ask — not in your documents, but in the weak spots of your data — and shows them to you in advance. For updates and announcements, it flags bad news buried in hedging, claims without numbers, and messages without an ask, so you can fix them.

Board OS · Goals · Risks · Runway

Run board cycles and agendas, OKR progress, a graded Risk register, and runway scenarios that keep their assumptions attached — all in one place. When a metric crosses a threshold, the risk flags itself before anyone else does.

Alignment check · Town hall · Company alignment

Ask anonymously "do you know the top priority," and answers from groups below the threshold are never surfaced in any form. With town hall Q&A and alignment cycles, confirm whether leadership's message is actually reaching the organization.

The verdicts at this layer don't use an LLM. The rules are explainable, the same input yields the same answer, and no credits are consumed.

Verified traction

It's not a verification badge — it's a different way of verifying.

Competing products start their evidence at a document — they point to the page and line, then a person reviews and approves it. JarvIR starts at the payment provider's records, and at no step does a human stamp anything "verified".

  1. 01

    Connect

Connect Stripe and RevenueCat read-only. Connection secrets are stored encrypted with AES-GCM.

  2. 02

    Validation

Verification status is determined by the server querying the connection state, not by any input value. No one can manually attach a "verified" label.

  3. 03

    Reconcile

Build a bridge that reconciles monthly MRR against payout (deposit) records, and get alerted when the unexplained residual exceeds 2%. It's exactly the format buyers demand in due diligence.

  4. 04

    Public

Issue a public traction page that hides absolute amounts and shows only an index with the first month = 100. Opt in and you're also listed in the Open Revenue directory.

  5. 05

    Capital

Compute exit readiness and revenue-based financing (RBF) eligibility signals from verified metrics, and export a due diligence packet. Investor updates automatically carry your metrics and go out on the cadence you set.

What this verification does not mean
  • Not a bank-statement verification and not an independent audit.
  • A live connection counts as confirmed only when the connected account matches the account each snapshot came from.
  • Requires at least two months collected within 45 days; missing months or mixed currencies do not qualify.
From documents to decisions

Goes beyond document management to drive the next action.

01

Upload your documents

Drop in a business registration, shareholder list, or business card — AI works out what it is and fills in company details, cap table, leadership, and investors. No retyping.

02

AI drafts the materials

From the data you have collected, it drafts IR decks, VC investment memos, one-pagers, and investor updates — and flags what is still missing along with the next action.

03

Share outward, and track it

Send it out through password-protected share links, a dedicated investor portal, or a public traction page — and see who read how far and what they downloaded.
